The Shire- London
A major new development boasting the UK’s first golf course designed by golfing legend Steve Ballesteros. We installed air conditioning throughout this extensive complex during its refurbishment.
Golf Electrics- Harlow
Being situated in a metal clad industrial unit posed a problem with where to site the outdoor units. The customer was wary of vandalism to the units and wanted them out of reach. The metal fabrication was unable to support the weight of the units so the solution was to design bespoke brackets.
Contemporary Vision- Hadleigh, Suffolk
The customer required three internal units but due to a severe lack of space outside the positioning of the outdoor units was a problem. The solution was to install a Multi-Split system, which requires only one external unit.
The Ship- Tiptree, Essex
A new conservatory provided The Ship with an additional seating area for 40+ people but was proving difficult to maintain a suitable temperature being either too hot or too cold. We installed 2 units that now provide a constant comfortable temperature.
